Frequently asked questions
Is the extension really free?
Yes. A free account tracks up to 100 jobs, and Pro has no limit. The paid features cover AI resume optimisation, not job capture.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. Sign in to the extension with your free HiredFolio account (no credit card). Every job you capture is saved to your account, so you find it on every device and can tailor your resume to it.
What does the extension see?
Only the content of the job page, and only when you click the icon. No browsing tracked, no data sold.
What if a site isn't recognised?
It still reads the page. Many job sites embed the posting as structured data, and the extension uses it. If there is none, it starts a draft from the page title and description that you complete before saving.
Brands are named for compatibility only. HiredFolio is not affiliated with any of them.
Any other careers page: the extension starts a draft you complete before saving.
